UUHPL provides a range of business services including tax services, academic services, Software Development with AI & DS, infrastructure and manpower solutions, insurance support, and share market advisory. The specific details, scope, and limitations of each service will be provided separately during service engagement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.

While we strive to ensure that all information provided as part of our services is accurate and up-to-date, we do not warrant that such information is error-free, complete, or current. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, to impersonate or attempt to impersonate UUHPL or any person, or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyones use or enjoyment of our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You acknowledge that we have no control over, and no duty to take any action regarding which users gain access to our services, what content you access via our services, or how you may interpret or use the content.

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate UUHPL, a UUHPL employee, another user, or any other person
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyones use or enjoyment of our services
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of our services

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are owned by UUHPL, our licensors, or other content providers and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our services for their intended purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our content.

Any use of our services not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UUHPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and we shall not be liable for any amount exceeding the fees paid by you to us for the services in question.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of our services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our services.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. If the changes are significant, we may provide additional notice or seek your consent, as required by law.
